In my traditional way of thinking, you should behave in a way and everyone should copy you. You try to make yourself the best. You get a lot of pressure. If you feel you can’t do it, you close the door.
For all the sessions of Between Us, it’s a great way of thinking differently about how you can be a leader and even a team player also with your peers.
