Why a cross-company program? 

​

We believe leadership transformation doesn’t happen in echo chambers.  When leaders stay confined to their own company’s hierarchy, culture, and mental models, patterns can go unchallenged.  Our cross-company format allows participants to hear different perspectives, face constructive friction, and step into a broader leadership mindset -critical for thriving in uncertainty, complexity and constant change.

How diversity of each BETWEEN US© club is ensured?

​

We’ve set quotas to maintain a healthy mix of industries, companies, and profiles. We believe diversity is a core strength of the experience and significantly enriches the learning. A breakdown of the cohort’s composition will be shared at the start of each club.

What is meant by “anonymous space”?

​

Participants can choose to share only their first name if they want to remain anonymous during the program.  This encourages radical transparency, psychological safety, and authentic participation.

​

 

What training materials will participants receive?

​

After each session, participants will receive a Playbook summarizing the key concepts, frameworks, and group discussions.  This document serves as a powerful reference and reinforcement tool after the program ends.

​

​​What if a participant wants to go deeper or needs more support?

​

We offer optional one-on-one coaching for those who want to explore challenges in greater depth. An additional coaching package of 3 individual 1-hour sessions represents an additional fee of €900.

​

 

Can participants contact the group leads (Céline and Sébastien) between sessions?

​

Yes. Participants are encouraged to submit questions between sessions. We will share answers either through direct replies or as part of group updates.

​

 

Is there an opportunity to network with other participants?

​

Yes - but only for those who opt in. Since anonymity is a core part of the program, networking is optional. We will compile and share a list of participants who choose to make their full name and contact details available.

 

​

What happens if a participant misses a session?

​

Each session is offered three times to accommodate different time zones and schedules. This flexibility ensures participants don’t miss any part of the program.

What if participants don’t get the results they expected?

​

The program is designed for real impact - combining live sessions, practical concepts, and real-time habit building.  However, if a participant feels the program didn’t meet their expectations, we offer a money-back guarantee.​​

How were the themes of the program selected?

​

BETWEEN US covers the following core themes: Compass Within, Resilience, Courage Over Certainty, Self-Empowerment & Influence.  The final theme, Your Session, is intentionally left open to address any emerging needs or gaps identified by participants during the program. 

​

These themes are grounded in Céline and Sébastien's 30+ years of combined leadership experience across more than 10,000 managers, industries, functions, and geographies.  They represent the most urgent challenges and high-impact transformation levers faced by middle managers today.


Céline and Sébastien have seen clear patterns emerge: leaders stuck in firefighting mode, unclear direction while needing to engage teams, balancing employee well-being with high performance demands, and a lack of voice in shaping the future.  

BETWEEN US themes are designed to create confidence, courage, creativity, connection, and self-empowerment - all of which lead to sustainable transformation and more effective stakeholder relationships.

What is the format of the programme?

​

The program is 10 weeks long.  Each live session is held every two weeks and lasts 1.5 hours — just enough to provide a fresh burst of perspective and generate real breakthroughs without overloading busy schedules. The “pop up habit activation” (see below) sent between each online session keeps the momentum going and helps implement fast, meaningful change.

What is a “pop-up habit activation”?

​​

After each online session, participants receive a simple, actionable task (“habit activation”) for the following week - directly integrated into their daily routines. These tasks are revealed at the right moment, popping up in participants’ calendars, and are designed to create immediate behavior change with lasting impact.

​How do you keep people engaged in an online format?

​

We understand online fatigue. That’s why our sessions are interactive and practice-based, with minimal theory.  Most of the time is spent in rich, peer-led conversations focused on solving real leadership challenges. Our design keeps participants energized, connected, and deeply engaged.

What is the time commitment per week of the program? â€‹

​

The total time commitment is approximately 1-1.5 hours per week:

-1.5 hours for the live, interactive online session

-1 hour for the pop-up habit activation 

​

​

How do you ensure the learning is sustainable?

​

We’ve curated highly relevant, actionable leadership concepts grounded in real experience.  Each session is followed by a habit activation (a week later) to help participants embed the learning into their daily lives. This rhythm of insight + action = sustainable change.​​

​

 

Are the sessions recorded?

​

No. In order to maintain a psychologically safe and anonymous space (optional), sessions are not recorded.  This ensures participants can share openly without concern for future playback or exposure.
